This privacy statement applies to the processing of personal data made by Sagastad AS on sagastad.no and associated digital channels. Personal information is all types of information that can be related to an identifiable person, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.

When and how we collect personal information
Sagastad does not collect personal information unless you state this yourself, e.g. by contacting us via e-mail or contact form. This is information you voluntarily give us, and not something we collect without it being in your interest. The information from our contact forms is stored in our e-mail post@sagastad.no and in the publishing tool (WordPress).
What is personal information used for?
We need the information to keep in touch with you and identify your needs for a possible future customer relationship.
Your personal information is not used for purposes other than what was originally intended.
Who has access to the data
Only we in Sagastad and our suppliers when necessary, have access to the personal information. We will use all reasonable precautions to ensure that our employees and third parties who have access to information about you have adequate information to ensure that they process this information in accordance with this statement and our obligations under the Privacy Act. We never sell the information to third parties.
How long do we store data?
If you have a customer relationship with us, we store your personal information for as long as the customer relationship lasts. In cases where we may have a genuine interest in cooperating at a later opportunity, we retain your information even after the end of the customer relationship.
We retain necessary information for accounting for historical reasons.

If we show video on the website, YouTube will be used. YouTube stores cookies, such as personal settings and bandwidth information. This is similar to Google Analytics which is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We collect statistics on how our services are used. Google Analytics uses cookies so that we can notice trends in how the websites are used. We will provide you with the most relevant information when you are on our website, and therefore store your data when you visit our website. We do this so we can see what arouses the user’s interest.
How to reject or delete your cookies

Please note that if you do this, there will be some features and services you can not use because these features and services assume that the website can remember the choices you make.
