Groups must pre book their visits, also within ordinary opening hours.  If you order at least 14 days prior to your visit you will recieve the best price. Minimum amount of people to be considered a group is 15 people.

How long should we expect the visit to last?

To get the most out of your visit we recommend spending at least 1 to 2 hours at the centre.  This will also give you enough time to view the movie “The burnt ship” (ca 25 min) that is shown all day. If you wish to see the burial mounds and walk the Sagaløype extra time will be required. It takes 40min to walk the Sagaløype. Larger groups need to expect longer as we can only have 30 people on the ship at a time, in order to provide the best experience.
