Sagastad is located close to the Eidsfjord in the center of Nordfjordeid, surrounded by mountains, fjords, shopping opportunities and a park area with a playground and its own sandy beach.
Transportation
By plane
There are several airports close to Sagastad with connections to mainly Oslo and Bergen.
The closest are Anda (Sandane Airport) which is about 30 minutes from Nordfjordeid center and Hovden (Ørsta-Volda Airport) which is about 1 hour from Nordfjordeid center.

For international travellers, Vigra Airport in Ålesund (4 hours) and Bergen Flesland (6 hours) can be good options. We recommend flying to Sandane or Ørsta-Volda via Gardermoen (Oslo).

Nordfjordeid Bus Station is centrally located in the center of Nordfjordeid, within walking distance of Sagastad, hotels and shopping.
The express bus
Vy has daily departures from Oslo Central Station to Nordfjordeid, which goes via Gardermoen airport. (VY146)

Boat
If you like to travel by sea, you can also choose to travel by express boat (passenger boat) from Bergen to Måløy. From here there is a bus to Nordfjordeid (see kringom.no).
